consideration each attendee's capabilities and objectives by
sending out a questionnaire so that we can plan each course
to achieve the maximum effectiveness. One of the
disadvantage is everyone has to learn at the same rate and
on the same project/subject.

the course is designed to cover the needs of that one
individual who dictates the speed and what is to be learnt.
